All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive, and 10-14 business days during a sale. Our PROCESSING TIME is typically 3-5 business days and can vary due to certain sales.
All of our products will be shipped priority mail or by UPS ground (ranges from 2-4 days), unless you specify a faster shipping time at checkout. Priority mail typically is 2-3 business days, which is not included in our processing time.
USPS packages are being delayed in some cases. Please be patient while we make and ship you a quality product!
Unfortunately, due to high demand, we no longer offer local delivery.
If your item is returned to sender it’s usually because the address was invalid, or entered incorrectly. Sometimes this also happens because your unit, suite, or apt number is missing. When this happens you are responsible for covering the fee to ship the order again. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your correct address, then you’ll be invoiced via email to reship your order.
SUMMER SHIPPING-HEAT WARNING
Our products are made from natural butters and oils. With high temperatures, it is possible that your product will melt. If it does melt, just pop it in the refrigerator. The quality of the product will not change. Unfortunately, melting is natural and sometimes unavoidable due to the extremely high weather conditions. If the whipped butter melts, the whipped consistency may change. The volume may seem to have decreased because whipping increases the volume and density of the butters. Please know that every jar is filled to the top and to capacity. However, melting can change the appearance of the butters quantity size.
We will be shipping with ice packs and insulated packaging to help with keeping the product in it's original form if you purchase it for an additional fee. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR A MELTED PRODUCT! Thank you for understanding!
